The World Has Changed, How Will You Respond?
"Dr. Kevin has a very unique way of coaching. He always challenges you to be a better person not just a better doctor. Not very often does he give actual advice. Most of the time Dr. Kevin's answers are in a simple statement or a story in which you find the answer once you understand it in your heart. It always amazes me at how well it actually works. Yeah it takes time to understand where he is going with it all but with time you eventually understand. I have coached with Dr. Kevin since I began a year and a half ago. Over that time he hasn't focused on the doctor so much as focused on me becoming a better version of me. When I am true to myself I involuntarily become a great doctor. Dr. Kevin has helped me not only realize that but now helps me to continue growing. With his help I am able to help more people and not just be good but be a great doctor therefore giving the best care to everyone who walks through my doors. That is a priceless gift for any doctor."

The world has been tipped on its ear and it will be difficult to practice the same way you used to. You need guidance to get back on track to have a practice that reflects your true abilities. Don't settle for having a struggling practice and definitely don't close your doors!
Coaching with TNR comes down to a handful of characteristics:
- Belief in Chiropractic. Is Chiropractic for adult back and neck pain only or for kids, wellness, difficult cases, etc.? You must be open minded or at least willing to entertain broadening your scope of practice from outdated to upgraded. Millennials and Gen X practice members demand care for themselves, their parents, and their kids but they must be educated first.
- Belief in yourself. Confidence can be so elusive, fragile, and conditional. You're fine with some people and yet you let others push you around, not pay, and dictate their recommendations. It's a form of bullying. People pleasing has to be replaced with doing what's right for people! You need to have the ability to ask for and receive payment, both inside and outside of insurance, as well as have people accept recommendations past the traditional handful of visits.
- Communication skills, building relationships of trust, patient education, and boundaries will never again be a la carte: now
they will be mandatory. Many DCs got very sloppy with these and were exposed by the current adversity. Did you notice that some offices in your communities were devastated while other offices continued to serve others? Their degree of vulnerability is based on whether their patients get Chiropractic or are just looking for short-term pain relief.
The current adversity exposes weaknesses and flaws in offices. Adversity actually is a time of opportunity if you are willing to upgrade instead of doing things the same way. There has never been a better time to have Dr. Kevin and The New Renaissance in your corner. He will be your compass and rudder through this turbulent time!
Isn't it time you upgraded your practice with increased purpose, passion, and prosperity?
